I got drenched this morning during my walk. Reminder: bring an umbrella even if I don't feel like it when rain is predicted. The fact that I walked briskly meant that I only got rained on for half the walk.

I did powerlifting today. Week 2, not very strong again yet. There ought to be a place to record that. I'm currently doing 2 light workouts (feeling no pain or fatigue afterwards) each week, and making progress. If I don't make satisfactory progress, I will add more days of rest to my routine first.

I'm so glad I can go to show off my new shape in November. My size 16 jeans are falling off me now. I wonder if I can be a size 12 by the first week in November...
