WI this morning. Down .6 pound. Considering I was doing MOMO for 3 and a half days, I'm a happy girl. No obstacles this coming week for the first time in a long time. Can't wait to see what I can accomplish without all of the challenges. I am still thrilled! If I can do the things I have been doing and still have a loss even a small loss this is good. The only way this is going to work for me longterm is if this fits into my life style. So far, very good.
