I just restarted my diet on FatSecret. I work so much and take online classes on top of that, it doesn't leave me much time for exercise. I am trying to get into a habit of taking my dogs for a walk. I have discovered that if I take them one at a time I can get in a good 30 minutes without having to get to far from my house. I bought some new walking shoes and I'm ready to hit the street tonight after the sun goes gown and it's not so oppressively hot. I have also found the holy grail of sleep aids, at least for me. I take 3 valerian root capsule (suggested dosage) and one 10mg melatonin and it literally knocks me out. I think that getting a full night sleep on a regular basis with help with my weight loss goals as well as help to stabilize my blood sugar.
