Been awhile since I been on I actually gained ten pound more and lost it back. Have been sick and dealing with health issues but am on the road to recovery :) back at it!!! ;)

336.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb. Still to go: 166.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 0.2 lb a week
