Been awhile since I been on I actually gained ten pound more and lost it back. Have been sick and dealing with health issues but am on the road to recovery :) back at it!!! ;)

Diet followed reasonably well

Hello, been a while since i have weighed in. I am working way too much to be on the computer much ;) Doing good, but seem to be at a stand still. No weight gain but no loss either :( Still at it!!! Keepin on Keeping on!!!! :)

Well Its been awhile since I have weighed in, but I have lost some. Not in the right way though. Been having some finiancil dificulties and guess at least I lost a few pounds. I have had a few health issues as well so been down for a bit. I am on my way back up! Things are finally getting better so I will be able to get back on track. thank goodness!

Hello All!
I been gone for a while, I have gained 10 lbs and been ashamed to come back ;( I need some motivation. I get depressed and dont know what to do. I am desperate to get this weight off. I just hate myself most of the time, espically when I cheat and gain. Im back on the diet now.
