Okay, now that my company is gone I have no excuse for overeating. Ugh, I know I'm going to feel so hungry over the next few days; I miss snacking already! Oh well, I would rather be healthy than satisfy a craving.

Cravings last a couple of minutes, but a healthy body lasts a lifetime.
106.2 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
