Oh man...no wonder I'm getting a headache.

I've only had about 1300 mgs of sodium today, and I've drank 16 glasses of water.

16 glasses of water? Holy cow thats wonderful. Im struggling today to get close to my 100 oz. Way to go and congrats on the loss.
