Thoughts on Yesterday:
I remembered yesterday that we're going to San Diego for my FIL's bday. We're leaving Friday night and won't be back til late Sunday. What stinks is that I just spent $$$ on groceries on Sunday!! I don't cook dinner Tuesdays and Thursdays because that's work out night. Last week, we just made salads. Which means Wednesday night is the only other night to cook a meal...I put the meat, fish and chicken in the freezer. But I have TONS of veggies I'm afraid we're not going to use til next week! I hope they won't go bad! I've got 2 eggplants, cauliflower, fresh green beans, 2 bunches of celery, parsley...and a bunch of other stuff. I hope I can still use it all next week!!

Breakfast:
1 c cottage cheese

AM Snack:
Turkey Roll ups with LF Laughing Cow cheese, 10 cherry tomatoes

Lunch:
Salad- I didn't have lunch! Bad...I know.

Dinner:
Another salad?! ETA: Jack in the Box Southwest salad

Workout:
30 minutes of Cardio on treadmill
30 minutes of weight machines for legs and abs


Water:
1 gallon

Hopefully it will be, enjoy the birthday tho, don't worry about celery (ew!).

you can keep celery for about 2 weeks if you wrap it in alumunfoil,freeze the rest! it can be used again

I don't think you'll have too much of a problem with the veggies. Have a wonderful time in San Diego! You're doing so well...

I wish I were going to San D! I miss my boy!<br>Unfortunately the overwhelming urge to eat came over me, and I had a handfull of wheat thins and about ten chocolate chips. Nothing too drastic, but still... =/
