So after being so good two weeks ago, I gained the weight I lost in just one week! DOH! I thought I did so well this weekend too- not as well as I should have but I did everything in moderation. I didn't have any beer...stayed away from the croissants and cheese, snacked on fruits and veggies...I did have one really small slice of Guinness Chocolate Cake- and I mean, really small, paper thin slice even! And I also had a piece of Creme Brulee french toast...but i picked out the smallest piece ever! Oh, and I ate fried rice and deep fried chicken from Chino Bandido. AGH! I finished the whole thing too. Super bad!! Now, I know...i'm not going to beat myself up. Today is a new day with new, better choices.
I just don't understand how I can gain 4 pounds in a week!? Maybe my period is coming...great.
