Maybe I should have gone for my first challenge having just one part to it. I'm sticking to/doing fairly well for some parts. Not so much failing other parts, just completely forgetting about them. Happy with the progress so far. Now if I could just squeeze myself into those jeans... Whoah, just submitted my 'reward' lunch of what it will be, and seen how calorific sushi is, and I thought it was healthy. I will definitely be walking there and back now. At least the fat content is low. Never checked calories in food before joining this - it can be quite shocking sometimes.
165.3 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 39.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
