The worse I sleep the naughtier I eat - need to get into a better routine. Very happy to have discovered that calories are burned while shopping, doing housework or even sleeping. That doesn't mean I shouldn't do more exercise, but is still good to know, and whoops, I can't seem to remember about my challenge, or will remember parts but not all. Never mind, today is another day.
