I gave up and went on a junk food binge today. Choc cake, McDonalds cheese burger and van cone. Just over 900 ca. Went to gym to swim out of habit and weighed out of habit. Lost 2lbs. YES! No more junk food.
272.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 122.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
