Weight going the wrong way!!!! With Don being sick and hospitalized, but now home, schedule all messed up, can't seem to get a grip on it..
175.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When our schedule is off that is the HARDEST time to follow your diet plan. Don't fret too much. You are home now and you can start planning your meals and losing weight. :)

I agree. It is sooo hard to stay on plan when our schedules are all outta wack. Just get back on it and you will drop that weight back off.
