Doing pretty good today, considering I started fatsecret half way through the morning (after I ate cereal!) I then had an apple for a snack at noon, and its a good thing too since I got called to help my dad with his flat tire. Didnt get a chance to eat lunch and no way was I going to eat fast food!! Didnt get home till 5 and then went for a run. Now here I am updating my fatsecret. Im about to go to the store and buy some gorcerys for dinner. Ive decided to make Chicken Sesame stirfry. It has 300 calories per serving, total of 5g of fat!! And its only $1.37 per serving(2). Should be a cheap and heathly dinner!!
