This just really sucks. I had a stressful week, I think I got drunk every day, it was just terrible. I'm moving forward from today, though, and hope for better results and learning new coping skills.
207.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 67.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
