I have had a lot of ups and downs this week...lots of unexpected events that provided me with opportunities to over-do it. Two funeral luncheons, lots of stress at work, lots of excuses. I think I would like to change that this week. I have already put myself in the right direction by making sure there is lots of good food in the house, and prepping all the veggies so they are diced/chopped/whatever, all ready to use. I know I'll do better this week. I don't know what I weigh, I don't really want to know. I'll check on Thursday.
