WOOOHOOO. OHh my sooooo happyyy and excited. when i see the weight coming off i feel encouraged to keep on going to reach my 2nd goal 85 kg. 85 Here i come

206.6 lb Lost so far: 7.3 lb. Still to go: 74.3 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
