Well, if it keeps happening I will be thrilled. We are loading up our trailer, puppy, bikes, and ourselves and heading out tomorrow for the lake until next monday. Check back in then.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
