It works for me! it's why I try whenever possible to enter the food [u]first[/]
I managed to kill my Haribo addiction with sugar free jelly/jello. I made a pack up in little baby-food jars, 1 pack makes 6, and I had 1 or 2 whenever I had a sweet craving.

I think as well the fact that people can see what you are eating makes you think twice!

Had a meal out that raised the calorie intake. Still only 71%rdi total but not great foods... oh dear... my partner and I generally do a meal out once a week so may need to allow for that as it's something we both love to do. Didn't have any wine and had water instead. Perhaps do a run tomorrow...
