Zucchini keto pancakes:
- 2 eggs
- 150 grams of zucchini
- 30 grams of vanilla protein or 30 grams of almond flour.
- 16 grams of striped coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
- Sweetener to taste
Blend all ingredients and cook over low heat in a nonstick skillet with a little coconut oil.
Per serving 100 grams, 144 calories, 7.36 grams of fat, 2.3 grams of net carbohydrates, 15.43 grams of protein.
