I don't know what's up with my stomach, over the past 2- 3 days, I am constantly hungry, like almost every hour... my stomach growls... which resulted in me over eating... I know I am sabotaging my progress and I'm kind of panicking. Wish I knew why I'm feeling so hungry.... drinking water usually works but not in the last 2 days.... sigh, I hope tomorrow will be better. I'm going to have some apple cider vinegar detox tea which helps curbs appetite and see if that helps. Moving forward... I can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me....

Might be that time of month? Maybe try eating a little more protein.

Lean protein like some Boiled eggs or turkey meat, chicken breast with some low fat cheese. I also drink water with lime juice and drink espresso. It works for me

I think my period should start soon but if it just that, it's very extra this month... I will definitely do a boiled egg and take some carrot sticks to munch on Tomorrow as well. I just read an article that also suggests that since I'm more active, my body needs more fuel, so it suggests more protein and fiber filled foods as well as good fats. I am a little cautious with the facts, at least for now. Thanks for the suggestions 😊
