Yesterday, I did my first every dri-tri at Orangetheory! Ended up only doing the sprint (half the distance), because I knew my foot (which is still recovering from my injury in January) couldn't handle more. I just about died, but I did it!
The sprint dri-tri is 1000m rowing, 150 exercises (pushups, burpees, bench hopovers, plank jacks, and ... missing one), then half of a 5K on the treadmill.
The next dri-tri is in 6 months. I'm hoping to be fully recovered then, and do the full one! But, considering where I was earlier this year, the half was a major accomplishment.
