Day 8
Mood: steady at a 6
Food: 4 but lots of fibre!
Activity level: 7 in the am and early pm. Late afternoon and evening was too warm to do anything.

So yesterday was an alright day. Worked in the morning, then after work went shopping. Did a lot of walking to catch buses and looking around the stores. Got a great deal at the bulk barn thanks to the coupon that they offered in this weeks flyer. Came home and flopped, and ate goodies. Yeah I ate too much but they were not all bad foods. Actually I really dove into foods that would make me have a "clean" Sunday. Lol

Anyways yesterday I wrote a lot of feelings in my journal that I did think about throughout the day. I know that they were "how I was feeling"! It felt good to express them and gave me a chance to organize in my own mind what was really going on.
It lead to better things because today I feel alittie more calm, and not quite so scattered.

Today I am planning to stay busy, have lots of stuff to do. Some of which are way overdo that now is the time to get them done.

I struggle too with the amount of food I eat. I relate to your statement when you say, I ate too much but they were not all bad foods." I seem to say, "This is healthy so I am going to have a big portion of it." Always good to "get things done." have a great day. And thanks for staying with me on my journal - even though I have not been "with" you every day. Sigh!

have a wonderful day! We have a hurricane passing by so it's a good excuse to get stuff done as everything else is canceled. Hope you have a great feeling of accomplishment by the end of the day.
