Hardly any sleep 24th-25th, throwing up child. Stress ate a little bit, but stuck to around 1200, luckily because my tummy didn't feel too well either.
198.9 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 46.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 26 August 2012:
1777 kcal Fat: 52.65g | Prot: 68.37g | Carb: 262.33g.   Breakfast: banana, brown sugar, raisins, oatmeal. Lunch: 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Nürnberger Rostbratwurst, cherry tomatoes. Dinner: Creme Cookies, french bread, chicken breast, iceberg lettuce, chocolate. Snacks/Other: coffee, sugar, grapes, Whole Milk. more...

Evening snacks got out of hand... and I was even allergic to the something in the cookies... but still had to have them. Now the roof of my mouth is irritated AND I went over my 1200 calories. The whole time I was eating, I was thinking... Cheat Day. I have only been dieting a couple days... not really worth a cheat day.

Dont worry about it, just take one day at a time.... God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; and the courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference. it will help

I lost 120lbs in 11 months. I went to alot of OA meeting .. but the most important think is asking God to grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; and the courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference. I just took one day at a time.. it was the hardest 11 months of my life and i still need to loss 100lbs...
