Triumph's Journal, 12 August 2007

I have been on phase 1 for 6 days now and I saw my friends last night. I was not drinking because I actually want to see a change and they commented on how I have lost weight and that I don't need to lose any in the first place. It made me feel good, but it is funny because today I came the closest I have ever been to cheating. I found myself talking myself into eating something that was not good for phase 1 when I had no urge to cheat before. I know that this self-sabotage behavior is not what is going to help me attain my goal so I just need to keep myself motivated with the reasons why I am doing this: to prove to myself that I can do this, for career opportunities, to change my lifestyle into a healthier one, and to prove to others that I can do this-especially my ex. I love this website because I already feel better. Thanks for listening to me:)
