I am frustrated that I have not been able to shed alot of weight. I have exercised 6 days a week and been watching my intake closeley. But I do like how toned I have become.
128.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
