Fasting a.m. BS = 124 weight 174.2
Did not sleep much last night, very tired this morning. Will drink Keto coffee and try to wake up. Did better today with more fat in the ground beef. Added scrambled egg and guacamole for lunch, couldn't eat it all, and had to save some of ground beef for supper. Totals for today: 1270 cals; 77/6/17 macros; net carbs 12.95. Keeping closer track of BS today: 124 fasting, 136 lunch, and 133 bedtime.
