Its funny how these day few days from putting nasty foods in my body it makes me feel so gross. The very next day i could feel it. My husband said there is no way food would make me feel all tired and just bla feeling but in my head or not when i put good food in my body i feel better. Now I need to make up for the passed few days while camping and get my act together

Once your body gets use to good food it will rebel against crap. I use to love Cheetos and had a bag of them last week and felt sick for the rest of the day

I hear ya...the more water I drink the better I feel. I used to be a HUGE Mt.Dew drinker, regular and then diet. I always felt sluggish. Now during the afternoons I don't have that sluggish feeling at all and it feel good!!!
