I think this system is really going to help because i have to stay on track by updateing it everyday.I hope it also helps me lose weight the way i want to.

I've been on this site for over a year now, and it has been a big help for me to be aware of what I'm doing right & what I'm doing wrong. After the holidays last year and a gain, I was on here right away trying to see what helped me in the past and what I knew I could do better. Good luck to you!!
