Have a new scale. Electronic. Am getting different readings. Can't explain it. Got 357.6, then 351.0, 354.0 and 351.5.
Cannot figure this out. This scale is supposed to accurate up to 400 lbs. Weigh myself in the AM and I heavier than if I weigh myself in the PM????????????????????

For consistency you should always weigh yourself at the same time each day. I choose first thing in the morning because that is generally when we weigh the least. Step on the scale only once and use that reading. Our weight normally fluctuates throughout the day so that is why it is good to do it at the same time each day. Ideally we should weigh in only once per week, but many prefer to do it each day. I've made my weigh in a part of my morning routine.

I agree. Your weight fluctuates throughout the day. Just pick a time of day and compare the results only from that time of day. Most people pick the morning, before breakfast, with either no clothes on or the same amount of clothes every day.
