I actually started dieting in January with a free weight loss program called SPARKPEOPLE. My weight at the time was 380 pounds and I am six feet tall but am 90% of the time in a wheelchair because of diabetes related foot neuropothy and something called Charcot Foot. I have been working with both programs (FatSecret & SparkPeople. So far I have lost 45 pounds and am loving it. I exercise three times a week at a Gym exclusively for women and do strength training for two days a week. My husband keeps telling me how proud he is of me. Although, I know I have lost weight the scale and my clothes tell me so. But, I can't see it. Every time I look in the mirror I still look like the same old fat Jodie. The good thing is that the weight is coming off sure but steady. I have my bad days but next day I get right back on the truck and keep on driving so to speak Anywhy, its a good program and its working
