I joined Weight Watchers 4/12/2012 at 158.4 lbs, so it's been 19 weeks. I've averaged 1 lb per week. Some weeks a liitle, other weeks more. Only once did I have a small gain. I even managed to lose during vacation, even though I had treats! I am now at 139.4 lbs., less than 5 lbs to goal of 135 lbs.! I'm feling pretty good about my accomplishments so far. I not only changed some of my snacking habits, I walk daily, most days, twice aday.
