Finally! Finally what? I am finally fully keeping track of my intake and am dedicated to exercising. Took me long enough :) I quit smoking, got a treadmill, and got rid of a big source of stress in my life.
I'm really looking forward to this weekend--camping, 3 mile hike to falls, and spending quality ( as well as inexpensive and healthy) time with my boyfriend.
