Day 3 and well look at that--when I'm doing it RIGHT, it WORKS LOL!! Thankfully I am down 4 lbs from Tuesday morning! More incentive not to give up, and let me tell you, that egg fast thing really made me feel good on top of the weight loss it jump started. I remember now how right Atkins is for my body. Feelin' great.

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 August 2012:

Atkins is awesome! And it does wonders for our health and energy levels as well. Congrats on getting back on track and losing the four pounds!

Thanks so much everyone!! And maggamin--The egg fast is great, just eat mainly eggs for two or three days! I even added a shake and a bar each day and some green beans...I think it works because the eggs are filling and you end up being very low carb and calorie? Or the eggs are just magical LOL!
