I'm so friggin' proud of myself. This is the first weekend in a year I got throught keeping to my diet. To be honest it even was a piece a cake. I wasn't tempted to get anything from the cupboards. I even got some crystal clear to drink infront of the telly in the weekend, but I didn't even drink it. The entire week I also didn't even get, or just barely, to the total calories I'm allowed,which is between the 800 and the 1.000. I think that the fact that the things I eat are actually appetizing the reason is that I don't have a problem keeping to my diet.
