I'm losing on average 2.7 lbs a week eating real well but only consuming about 1500 calories a day. I'm walking but very little.
When I started the new diet I weighed in at 440lbs that was the first week of July. My weigh in yesterday puts me at 408 lbs and I am never hungry, even though I move more now, than before I started my routine (taking the stairs, wlaking every hour on the hour).
What I am doing is The Full Plate Diet, they are a non profit group, don't sell products and will give you their book for free at the website.
If you are having problems feeling hungry all the time I would suggest this diet, for the first time in the last 15 years (thats how long I've been fighting being overweight since I was about 33) something is working and it is working well.
