GrandmaIdaho's Journal, 12 September 2018

So finding out that an ear of corn only has 3+ grams of sugar - I feel less guilty than I did enjoying it. Yesterday was over my 15 g sugar limit. But less than 18. I think that's not unreasonable. Still less than 1300 kcals.
I have not been including my sodas - I usually have one can a day and that is watered down. Sometimes a glass of Crystal light or Wyler's - but that is watered down. My water at work is also Flavored with Sugar Free singles to go. I never put an entire packet in a glass of water. Today's flavor is Crush Pineapple.

My version of 'flavored water' is green tea. Just let the teabag steep for a few extra minutes to really get the flavor and refrigerate. No additives. I use the Lipton flavored tea bags...There's and assortment of flavors and they're all really good.

Green tea tastes like fish to me. I must have that particular gene. 🤮
