Had the equivalent of 2 tsp sugar at least yesterday while making and tasting jam. Still under by calories, but at 19 g sugar....

Week 3 weigh in! I am 10 lbs to goal. But this apple sitting on my desk is calling my name....

Nope not going to eat it.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
