Restart. That's what today is. The end of the semester + finals saw me completely go off the rails with my diet, and I gained it all back. But the good thing is I know I can do it, I just have to prioritize. And now that exams are over, I can.
So, here are my goals:
6 lbs lost (187) by June 7 (when I start work).
20 lbs lost (173) but July 17 (my friend's wedding).
I think I can do this. I think it's not unreasonable, though it's faster than I'd normally like. But it's summer, I can get outside and eat lots of salad, and I want to fit back into my shorts!
