Restart. That's what today is. The end of the semester + finals saw me completely go off the rails with my diet, and I gained it all back. But the good thing is I know I can do it, I just have to prioritize. And now that exams are over, I can.

So, here are my goals:

6 lbs lost (187) by June 7 (when I start work).

20 lbs lost (173) but July 17 (my friend's wedding).

I think I can do this. I think it's not unreasonable, though it's faster than I'd normally like. But it's summer, I can get outside and eat lots of salad, and I want to fit back into my shorts!
193.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Diet Calendar Entry for 14 May 2010:
2066 kcal Fat: 71.96g | Prot: 94.58g | Carb: 269.05g.   Breakfast: Organic Lowfat 1% Milk, greek yogurt, granola, banana, Coffee. Lunch: trader joe's mandarin orange chicken, hummus, baby carrots, Easy Asian vegetable soup. Dinner: ice cream, rice and beans, quesadilla, fish taco. Snacks/Other: popsicle, apple, pear. more...

You can do it! Finals are a nightmare, particularly in law school, but you got through them -- pat yourself on the back! Are you graduating, or are you off to a summer position?
