I have been on Medifast for 3 months and have lost 36lbs so far. I was looking on the internet for the calories of Muscat Wine (no this is not part of the Medifast plan) and this site came up, and it looked like a very helpful site so here I am. I have joined two challenges and will continue on Medifast while I reach my weight goal of 165lbs. It is nice to meet everyone and heres to our success!
