Well, since I wasn't in front of my computer everyday, I was really bad all summer about writing down what I ate. However, I was still conscious of how active I was and what I ate. Even when I went on my week long cruise, I didn't binge until I wanted to be sick like I have in the past, and I didn't drink very much b/c it is a waste of calories. So now that school is back in session- first day today! :( -- I will be recording my food and exercise and tracking my weight again. Let's get the ball rolling!!! :)
