Stayed up too late last night helping Ethan with Homework. Couldn't go back to sleep in the AM but crashed and burned about 3pm. Ate pretty crappy. Tried to do the protein first. I think sometimes when I'm tired I just can't think as well.
Am running 15 miles tomorrow, should burn off all the bad juju. I'm already packed my protein Deli meat, lettuce and apple for after my run.
