4oz instat oatmeal
1 large capuccino

snack
1 peanutbutter (organic) and jelly sandwich (low fat)
Lunch

1/2 turkey and provolone cheese with two slice of tomato on flat white bread
6 oz iced tea

snack
4 oz capuccino (2%)
3 oz new york cheese cake

dinner
chicken salad with avocado
