i am so happy that the weight is coming off. i am sticking to my diet. i drink a protein shake in the morning every day. i have found that if i just drink it as soon as i get up which i very early. between 4 am and 5 i usually dont want anything else until between 10 am and 11 and usually i eat a protein bar for my lunch and then i eat a sensible dinner. i do drink water all day and it seems to be working. so the weight is coming off and i cant complain.
