guessing on saturdays dinner cus we went out.. also 133 was in the dr scale....so i readjusted my scale 5lbs. and have been 130 just forgot to enter it!
130.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
