:) OK...started jogging, along with zumba and toning. Have gained weight..but supposedly and hopefully it is muscle.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight gain. When you start a new exercise program or change your old one. your muscles may get sore and retain water to help them heal. This can show on the scale as a temporary gain, small loss or no loss. It doesn't mean you aren't losing weight. It just means the extra water is showing on the scale temporarily. It will go away. I have been on long bike rides and and been up 4 or more pounds the next day. Weight loss cumulative. It is what you do consistently over a period of time that counts. We don't always see our results from this week till next or later.
