Haven't been any diet for a while. Will be going back as of the 26th. Just have been bumed out and not careing to much. I'm now feeling nasty since i;ve gianed this much and seeing my 17 year old topping off at 325 and haveing a hard time it's time for usto go back on. But we are starting on the 26th becuase it's easier for us when she's in school.
270.0 lb Lost so far: 85.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 1.7 lb a week

If I may add a suggestion dont think of it as a diet it needs to be a change of lifestlye other wise it become to easy to give up looking at ti like its a diet. My whole family is now eating the same foods I eat. They may not be watching there potions like I am but I know they are eatting better then before. If you can start today and not to wait to the 26th that would be better. Start small if you have to by eatting a healthy breakfast and lunch. Wish you the best hun:) And never give up on your self

I agree to start small - if it's just saying no to one or two things you know are high calorie or choosing to take a walk or two, it's all the small things that make a difference. It's kinda funny, when I fall off the wagon, I fall hard - so I'll give up all my good habits at once - and I gain a bunch of weight for it! My hubby on the other hand, has this uncanny skill to just spluge once or twice, and with the rest of the decisions he makes, they're good ones, and he either stays the same or loses weight. So it's all the little decisions in between the bad ones that make a difference. You know what you have to do to be successful, you've lost so much weight so far, and you know how much healthier you feel, and how amazing that is - you have to want it more than chocolate? (well, that's my nemesis anyways)
