weight keeps going up slowing now. I'm getting very fustrated. Working out feels like a chore rather than a fun activitiy (which is bad cause I need it for my mental health as well). Work sucks, which isn't normal and I seem to be shooting evil stares at everyone who is smaller than me. I need a mental overhall.
