So I'd say that yesterday wasn't the most successful food-wise. I was doing okay until I went out for dinner. I didn't make the best choices, but that realy wasn't what the big downfall for the day was - the big problem was that we went to Costco and got the 3 pack of in store baked cookies and I ate 5 of them.

Of course, I'd like to point out that my day started at 5am, and I finally got to bed at 1am. Do I get an extra amount of calories if my day is 20 hours long? LOL

Anyways, onwards to today. I will get the green arrow on my net calories today... even if it almost kills me! :)

I like your attitude, just keep your eye on the prize (your goal weight), and no matter how many times you fall off of the wagon, keep getting back on! I can't count the number of times that I have fallen off of the wagon and said to myself.. I will just start again on Monday or Oh gee, I had a doughnut this morning I might as well do bad the rest of the day....LOL.
