Good Morning Dear Diary,
Today marks the third day of Low Carbing. I know this is the
path I need to take to get my weight back under control. I'm
drinking more water, which is so important!!! It helps to flush
out the FAT. Until next week. I'M THINKING THIN ONCE AGAIN... Marlene
190.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
